Townhouse Hamburg – Alsterdorf
The two-family house was outfitted with new black lattice windows to make the brick facade appear modern and stylish.
On the garden side of the home, full-length glass doors were used in the kitchen as well as the dining room to enable access to the elevated wood terrace.
The wood steps and an enclosed balustrade of the spiral staircase were painted white to contrast with the risers and the handrail which were treated with a dark oil to match the dark wood floors.
The floors in the bedrooms on the upper level were painted white which lends the house a very modern and fresh look.
The build out of the attic space accommodated a large bedroom and an en suite bathroom which has an abundance of nature light made possible by the inclusion of a large floor to ceiling dormer facing the Southwest.
