Townhouse Hamburg – Winterhude

This grand villa located on one of Hamburg’s finest streets was divided into three separate generously-sized apartments and our goal was to substantially modify the layout of each apartment.

To enable the apartments to accommodate a more modern floorplan with the kitchen as a focal point, it became necessary to move the kitchens and bathrooms entirely and remove extraneous walls to improve the flow in each apartment.

The classic wood windows were painted black to lend the white villa an exclusive look. While the oak flooring in each apartment were treated alternatively with an oil in a dark tone, a white-toned wood lye or left untreated, in order to give each apartment an individual look.
