Garden estate at Rothenbaum
This renovation and interior design project comprises a spacious 270 m² apartment across two floors, extended by a large garden with versatile terraces. The design concept blends elegant style with colourful accents and carefully applied patterns, lending the space a distinctive personality. Highlights include the high-quality bathrooms with striking natural stone walls and exclusive wall tiles, which create a sophisticated yet modern atmosphere. The master bathroom features a natural stone wave as a unique centerpiece that underscores the premium character. Custom-made natural stone basins, crafted from Taj Mahal quartzite, impress with their remarkable texture and elegance. The custom designed ceiling mural in the entrance area was created in close collaboration with an artist at the client’s request, making a bold, artistic statement upon entering the apartment. Distinctive wall paintings and organically flowing lines in the stairwell further define the atmosphere, creating smooth transitions between the spaces. Carefully designed curves in the drywall strengthen the flowing spatial effect of the overall concept. The curves were deliberately placed in narrower passageways to guide movement harmoniously and to direct the eye gently to adjacent, open living areas The refined design is further completed with details such as custom-made illuminated mirrors in bronzed steel and fine leather, as well as bespoke furniture elements. Only carefully selected materials and exquisite finishes were used to create an exceptionally comfortable and luxurious living experience. Renowned brands such as Minotti, Meridiani, Baxter, More, and Contardi were chosen to emphasize the standard of quality and timeless aesthetics. The result is a composition of finely tuned spatial design, maximum comfort, and exclusive living culture.
